Acro Classes
Acro I (10 & Under) & Acro II (11 & Up)
Acro is a form of dance that enhances a dancer’s strength, balance and flexibility. This class will incorporate acrobatic type elements into dance. A few common moves in Acro would include walkovers, limbers, handstands, chest rolls, etc. Acro moves are taught progressively so the dancer is building skills over time. Acro is very beneficial for any dancer to increase their strength and flexibility in all styles of dance. Acro I will learn a routine to perform in the Spring Recital. Acro meets once a week for 45 minutes.
