Adult Classes
Adult Hip Hop, Jazz, Ballet, Beginning Tap & Intermediate Tap
Ages 18 and up. Students in our adult classes learn moves and routines in a casual atmosphere. Our instructors understand the needs of adult students and approach the classes differently than children’s programs. Many of our adult students use the Jazz and Tap classes for fitness and social activity. Adult classes work on routines to perform in the Spring Recital, but participation in the actual performance is optional. Class length 45 minutes, 1 time per week.
Barre
Barre is a workout class which uses a combination of pilates and ballet to target specific muscle groups and build strength. We welcome you into our studio for this challenging and effective workout.
